Don’t get to excited. I did not bake this damn cake. There are times when outsourcing is the only fucking way to to go and showing love to my Billy Boy on Valentines Day is one of those times.

This lovely cake was outsourced from The Buttered Tin . Alicia Hinze a neighbor in our building who owns a local restaurant and past contestant of Cup Cake Wars. Her cakes are to die for! Her food is out of this fucking world and if you eat low sodium they step right up and scrap the fucking salt and feed you!

Her team also does the cake for our Annual Halloween Head Party. Here is last October’s cake. They fucking murdered my Barbie doll.

Right now I am busy editing last weeks low sodium pizza baking video and planning Friday’s cake. Oh yeah, I am going to bake my first no sodium cake. A fucking Rasberry Ombré Cake. Oh shit!
